Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for return shipping costs, all returns must include tracking, and shipping fees are non-refundable. All approved returns must be mailed to 400 Boulevard Jean-Lesage #074, Quebec, QC G1K 8W1, Canada. Items sent back without contacting us first and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away so we can evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: custom or personalized pieces, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
