The center piece is an amazing ‘waterfall” of 8 dangling strands with 2 strands extending up and around the neck that hook independently. The straps are made from chain that is woven with red velvet lacing. It hooks around the neck and back. Ladies, the way this moves with your body is just amazing! If you don’t like being sexy…this is not for you (wink). Wear this anyway you please….over your clothing, or a bra, under a blazer or moto style jacket….there are no rules!
